A brief introduction, as I am new to the world of blogging! I set up this blog so those family and friends who are interested can follow along my journeys as I do a bit of traveling. I hope you will find it interesting, and I will post photos as I can.

As for the name, "The Defiant Traveler" -- well you will need to speak to my siblings about that! Or my most awesome next door neighbor!
